WELCOME
Congratulations! You’ve come to the right place if you’re looking to buy or sell a home in south central PA. Homesale Realty Hershey is one of many local offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, integrated with mortgage, insurance, & settlement services, adding to the ease of your transaction. Our team of professionals is here to help!
What concerns do you have as you consider buying or selling a home? Are you searching for your first home? Are you helping a loved-one through the sales process and, if so, what matters most to him/her? As an investor, are you looking for long-term income or a relatively quick ROI?
Many home buyers and sellers think the process inevitably brings anxiety and uncertainty; no doubt it’s a decision full of far-reaching emotional and financial outcomes. We’ll lead you through the process with a special collaborative approach, coordinating all aspects of the home search or listing, contract negotiations, home inspections, contract fulfillment, & closing details, giving you peace of mind and complete confidence in your decisions. In fact, we hope your life is better just for working with us!
Personally, I would consider it a great privilege to gain your trust and assist you & your family through the home buying or selling process. I look forward to getting to know you. Maybe we can even work in a round of golf, a little tennis, a chat about our favorite book, or a delicious slice of homemade New York-style thin-crust pizza. Contact Me!
